YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations.
Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section.
Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Customer Orientation: You have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
Effective Communication: You possess skills to communicate clearly and persuasively, facilitating understanding and collaboration.
Flexibility: You can adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment, including availability for night shifts.
Teamwork: You collaborate effectively with other team members, contributing to an international and dynamic environment that fosters cooperation.
