We are seeking a candidate who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer who can design compelling visuals, edit engaging videos, analyze web performance, optimize advertising campaigns, and generate qualified leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Content Production
Design marketing graphics for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, displays, and website assets
Edit and produce marketing videos for our website, social media, advertising, and brand storytelling
Create engaging content including educational articles, landing pages, social posts, and email campaigns
Maintain visual brand consistency across all marketing materials
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads across digital channels
Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
Support email marketing and marketing automation initiatives
Improve lead quality and conversion rates
Advertising & Campaign Optimization
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and Amazon
Continuously test creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve campaign performance
Monitor budget allocation and ROI
Web Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
Monitor traffic, conversions, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities
Use data insights to guide campaign improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. (Not required.)
3+ years of experience in marketing
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
Excellent understanding of SEO, web analytics, and conversion tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
