Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator who ensures that every page published in WordPress is clean, accurate, and consistent with project standards. This is a hands-on production role for someone who thrives on structure, formatting, and process. Rather than developing custom code, you will focus on translating copy, assets, and layouts into polished web pages, making sure content is well-organized, styled correctly in Gutenberg, optimized for usability, and ready for review or publication.

Responsibilities:

Copy and update content from Google Docs and Microsoft Word into WordPress, applying proper formatting with headings, lists, block quotes, embeds, and Gutenberg blocks, while ensuring consistency with project style guidelines

Maintain clear version control by tracking live drafts and updating content promptly when page owners and/or SEO editors provide optimizations or corrections

Manage media assets by renaming, compressing, and uploading images or videos, setting featured images, and organizing the Media Library efficiently

Conduct quality reviews by previewing posts across desktop and mobile, validating links and CTAs, spotting and fixing layout or content issues prior to publishing

Maintain clear and up-to-date process documentation by creating, updating, and improving guides for uploading, version control, and media-handling workflows to keep the teams aligned

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience with WordPress, with Gutenberg editor

Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Word, with experience transferring structured and formatted copy into WordPress

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, preferably with familiarity in Tailwind classes, to adjust minor spacing or layout issues when needed

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to create and follow clear checklists and process guidelines

Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and comfortable using project management tools such as Basecamp and Jira
