WeMoms is looking for its next Digital Communication / Influence apprentice ! The role is essential, the mission is diverse, and the responsibilities are significant.

Role

As a digital communication project apprentice, you will be part of the Influence x Event team and will work primarily with the Account Managers.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring UGC-style campaigns between WeMoms and partners (coordination, reporting).

• Moderating comments on the app to ensure a respectful and high-quality community exchange.

• Recruiting Moms for product testing and brand partnerships.

• Updating and managing recruitment listings (Moms & experts).

• Recruiting experts for UGC-style formats: Story Expert and AlloWeMoms.

• Coordinating with partners to send products to Mom testers.

• Organizing and managing giveaways (rules, winner selection, follow-up).

• Updating the Notion calendar in connection with the back office to ensure smooth organization of ongoing actions.

• Tracking departmental expenses and current invoices for communication with the accounting department.

• Additional event-related responsibilities may be assigned depending on your involvement and the team’s needs.

Skills

• Studying in digital marketing, communication, or a related field.

• Interest in parenting field, motherhood, and engaging communities.

• Strong organizational and writing skills.

• Comfortable with collaborative tools (Notion, Google Suite, social media…).

• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and proactiveness.

• Previous experience in community management or partnership coordination is a plus.

Profile

• Native French

• Degree in digital communication

• Minimum Master 1 or Bachelor’s Level 3

• Prior experience in a startup is a plus

• Organized and able to structure priorities and deadlines effectively
