About the role

Vestiaire Collective is a leading global online marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned luxury and designer fashion. Founded in 2009, we specialise in high-end, curated items, ranging from clothing to accessories.

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Digital Authentication Associate to join our team in Singapore. As a Digital Authenticator, you will ensure the authenticity and accuracy of luxury goods listed on our platform. You will be responsible for reviewing item images/pictures and descriptions, identifying counterfeit products, and maintaining our commitment to offering only genuine merchandise to our customers.

Hours of work:

40 Hours a week: Saturday to Wednesday from 9:30am to 6:30pm.
This is a hybrid role: you will be working from home on Saturday and Sunday and from the office from Monday to Wednesday. Off days will be on Thursday and Friday.

What you'll do:
• Analyze images and descriptions of high-end items such as handbags, jewelry, apparel, and footwear to verify authenticity.

Identify signs of non-original items, including discrepancies in craftsmanship, logos, serial numbers, and materials.

•
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and best practices in counterfeit detection for major luxury brands.

Ensure a permanent watch to update the technical knowledge (trends, Houses, collections, fashion shows...) and share it with the team

Participate in trainings in order to update and maintain the authentication knowledge

Collaborate with sellers to request additional photos or information when necessary to complete authentication.
