This role supports the effective operation of Syngenta’s digital platforms by performing essential
administrative tasks, including managing data inputs, maintaining platform accuracy, and ensuring
smooth day‑to‑day functionality.
Accountabilities:
• Perform routine checks to ensure all digital platform modules function correctly (retailer, grower, farm/field, campaign, loyalty, etc.).
• Manage user access by creating, assigning, or deactivating platform roles for internal teams or partners.
• Coordinate technical issues with internal digital teams or external support to ensure timely resolution.
• Support system updates by preparing required data (e.g., new retailer or grower list) and validating the accuracy of changes after deployment.
• Collect data such as retailer, grower & etc from internal stakeholders (Sales, FF/AE, Marketing, Distributor teams) in the required format.
• Input and update data information into digital platform accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure data quality by checking for duplicate profiles, incomplete entries, wrong mapping, or inconsistencies.
• Maintain accuracy of platform master data, including retailer mapping, grower profiles, field information, and related attributes.
• Maintain organized documentation of all retailer and grower data updates, corrections, and
approvals.
• Support the generation of operational reports (e.g., retailer data completeness, grower onboarding
progress, platform usage).
• Archive datasets and platform files to ensure traceability and readiness for internal audit or future
reference.
• Recently graduated in Information Systems, Business, Agribusiness, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous internship or project experience involving digital platforms, system administration, or operational support.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Basic understanding of digital platforms and data management.
• Interest in digital operations and agricultural technology.
• Familiarity with workflows such as user management, data updating, or system maintenance in any
digital system or platform.
• Experience with AI tools for solving an issue also handling data entry, data validation, basic data management tasks, and supporting day‑to‑day digital platform operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of retailer and grower ecosystems is a plus.
