Overview 
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented B2B Digital and Content Marketing Executive to elevate our corporate presence across web, social media, and digital campaigns.  
You’ll support multi-channel marketing initiatives and create compelling content that positions Black Sun Global and the wider Positive Change Group as thought leaders in the corporate communications and stakeholder engagement space. A genuine interest in AI, digital trends, and innovative marketing is essential.

By joining us you will be working on a hybrid model (minimum 3 days a week in the office) and have a wonderful opportunity to explore our picturesque offices in Bishops Park, Putney bridge.

Key Responsibilities 
Website & SEO :
Maintain, update, and optimise website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and strong SEO performance. 
Plan and manage a forward-looking content roadmap, including blogs, case studies, news updates, and landing pages. 
Monitor site performance and support SEO improvements, ensuring content aligns with business and campaign goals. 
Content & Campaigns :
Contribute to the creation of engaging content for blogs, videos, case studies, emails, and research launches. 
Support marketing campaigns from concept through execution, scheduling, and analysis. 
Produce campaign assets, including briefs for creative production. 
Assist with webinars, events, and thought leadership content, including promotion and post-event follow-up. 
Social Media :
Manage LinkedIn content, scheduling, publishing, and engagement monitoring. 
Explore and support the use of additional social platforms (TikTok and Instagram) to increase visibility. 
Monitor social engagement, respond to audience interactions, and maintain reputation. 
Draft social media content for internal social media ambassadors to amplify content and boost engagement  
Lead and optimise paid social campaigns, ensuring strong ROI. 
Support external engagement and content partnerships where relevant. 
Measurement & Analytics :
Track, analyse, and report digital marketing performance. 
Provide insights to refine campaigns and maximise impact. 

Innovation & Industry Awareness 
Stay on top of emerging digital trends, technologies, and AI applications. 
Continuously seek opportunities to embed innovation and improve marketing outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required
Essential :
1–2 years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within a corporate communications context. 
Strong copywriting and content creation skills  
Familiarity with SEO principles and CMS platforms  
Basic video editing skills. 
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns. 
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimise performance. 
Excellent written and verbal communication. 
Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
Desirable :
Experience with Salesforce (email marketing and automation). 
Familiarity with paid social campaigns. 
Interest in AI and emerging digital marketing trends.
