Job Description

About Us

InStride Health’s mission is to deliver specialty anxiety and OCD care that works for every kid, teen, young adult, and family who needs it. Through this mission, we are expanding access to insurance-based care, increasing engagement in treatment, and improving treatment outcomes. We are doing this by combining research-backed clinical care and innovative technology to eliminate the major problems with care today: difficulty finding providers, months of waiting to be seen, arduous onboarding processes, and inconsistent use of evidence-based therapies and outcomes tracking. Our vision is to become the nation’s most trusted provider of pediatric anxiety and OCD care.

Team InStride Health: Our Core Values

• Give Heart: We lead with heart, treating patients and their families the way we want our loved ones to be treated.

• Work Smart: We find smarter ways to solve hard problems and fix the broken mental health system by leveraging technology, diversity of thought, and innovation.

• Have Humility: We leave our egos at the door, empowering our team to collaborate, celebrate diversity, and adopt a growth mindset.

• Embrace Community: We all belong. We are in this together, and we never worry alone. We believe in each other and recognize that every voice matters.

About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to manage key components of our website analytics ecosystem and support marketing performance measurement. This role will help ensure reliable tracking, reporting, and insights that inform improvements to the website experience and drive conversion among referring providers and prospective patients and families. This is an individual contributor role and a fully remote position.

The Digital Analytics Manager owns the implementation and ongoing maintenance of analytics tracking and reporting across our website and application funnels. Working closely with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams, this role helps ensure high-quality data collection, supports automated reporting, and provides analysis that helps improve website performance and patient acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation of GA4, Mixpanel, Webflow Analyze, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) across the website and application funnel.

• Partner with marketing and website leadership to implement measurement frameworks and KPIs that track website performance and patient acquisition.

• Maintain the configuration of OursPrivacy to ensure website and marketing tracking remain HIPAA-compliant and secure.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support accurate tracking between website activity and backend application data.

• Maintain consistent UTM and tracking parameters to support accurate attribution of website traffic and enrollments.

• Partner with the data science team to query and analyze web behavioral data in Snowflake, connecting it with backend datasets to better understand user journeys from first visit to enrollment.

• Build and maintain Looker dashboards that provide accessible reporting on marketing and website performance.

• Document tagging, naming conventions, and analytics processes to support consistent data collection and reporting.

• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and customer journeys to identify trends and opportunities to improve the user experience and drive patient enrollments.

• Support collaboration with the data science team to help develop behavioral datasets that inform analytics and modeling.

• Conduct routine data audits and site health checks to ensure continuity between website activity, marketing channels, and patient data.

• Serve as a key analytics resource for the marketing team, helping stakeholders interpret data and use reporting tools effectively.

What You Need to Succeed in the Role

• 5+ years of experience in web analytics with a focus on implementation and optimization strategy.

• Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Experience with Mixpanel or similar event-based analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap).

• Experience working with privacy orchestration tools (e.g., Freshpaint, OursPrivacy) in regulated environments.

• Familiarity with Webflow or similar CMS platforms, including analytics and testing capabilities.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards in Looker.

• Experience querying event data in Snowflake or similar data warehouses.

• Ability to translate complex analytics findings into clear insights for stakeholders.

• Experience using analytics to support website optimization, lead generation, and conversion improvement.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environments is a plus but not required.

The expected annual salary for this role is between $116,000-129,000. Actual starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on several factors including but not limited to specific skill set, work experience, licensure, etc.

Why Join Our Team

• Generous benefits package (401k with match, Flexible PTO, paid holidays, 4 week paid sabbatical, 12 week paid parental leave, health benefits starting on your first day, and more)

• Opportunity to join a mission-driven company that is changing the landscape of pediatric mental health treatment

• Chance to make a far-reaching impact by helping children and families access desperately-needed, evidence-based care

• Opportunity to work with talented and experienced team members who have devoted their lives to solving this problem

• Fully virtual: work from the comfort of your home with periodic in-person retreats

We want to make our clinical services available for everyone, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or how you identify. To achieve this, we recognize we must continually make progress in building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive team. Through these efforts, we support two primary objectives at InStride Health:
