Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Digital Analytics Lead with 12–13 years of experience to shape and lead the digital analytics agenda for a global automotive client across the region. This role combines strategic leadership, product ownership, and hands-on expertise in experimentation, analytics implementation, and data platforms. The successful candidate will define the vision for analytics, ensure seamless execution across markets, and drive measurable impact by embedding data-driven decision-making into the client’s marketing and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Strategy & Leadership
• Define and evolve the regional digital analytics roadmap aligned with global priorities and market needs.
• Establish best practices across data, experimentation, and implementation to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Champion data-driven thinking across client and internal teams, influencing senior stakeholders on the role of analytics in business growth.
Data Management & Dashboarding
• Serve as strategic product owner for the regional data warehousing and visualization platform.
• Ensure platform scalability, accuracy, and business relevance to support regional and market decision making.
• Translate evolving business requirements into actionable development roadmaps, balancing strategic vision with tactical needs.
• Tools: Snowflake, Adverity, Power BI.
Experimentation & Optimization
• Drive the region-wide experimentation agenda, embedding test-and-learn culture across website and CRM.
• Provide thought leadership on hypothesis design, measurement frameworks, and ROI communication.
• Partner with senior marketing stakeholders to ensure experimentation informs strategic business decisions.
• Tools: Adobe Target, Optimizely, or equivalent.
Website Analytics
• Leverage Adobe Analytics to provide actionable insights into customer journeys and marketing performance.
• Operate within global frameworks while shaping regional narratives and business-relevant insights.
• Balance oversight of analysts with direct involvement in complex, high-stakes analysis.
Analytics Implementation & Tag Management
• Oversee strategic direction for analytics implementation and measurement frameworks.
• Lead transformation initiatives such as migration to Adobe Web SDK and event-driven data layers.
• Ensure high accuracy, scalability, and alignment with global standards across all tagging activities.
• Tools: Adobe Launch or equivalent.
Team Leadership
• Lead and scale a team of 7–10 across multiple analytics disciplines.
• Define structure, priorities, and career paths to build a future-ready analytics capability.
• Balance strategic oversight with the ability to step in hands-on where required.
• Create a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.
Client Engagement & Thought Leadership
• Act as senior analytics partner to regional and market-level clients.
• Translate technical outputs into clear business value and growth opportunities.
• Showcase the team’s work through impactful reporting, thought leadership, and best practice sharing.
• Build trust by managing high-volume requests with professionalism, clarity, and strategic guidance.
Required Skills & Experience
• 10–13 years of progressive experience in digital analytics, experimentation, and data platforms.
• Proven expertise with Adobe Analytics and tag management systems.
• Strong background in experimentation strategy and execution.
• Experience in leading large-scale data management and dashboarding initiatives (Snowflake, Adverity, Power BI).
• Track record of building and leading multi-disciplinary analytics teams.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to set strategy while remaining engaged in critical execution when needed.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch, or equivalent.
• Exposure to CRM experimentation and advanced martech ecosystems.
• Regional/global client leadership experience.
