As an Senior SEO Consultant, you will operate within this innovative ecosystem, leveraging data and technology to drive impactful client solutions.

Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for a skilled Digital Analytics & CRO Consultant to lead projects for our high-profile clients. We offer a dynamic work environment where collaboration and innovative digital marketing solutions are at the forefront.

Key Responibilities

• Proficiency in developing and conveying CRO and Digital Analytics strategies in simple terms.

• Ability to independently draft detailed requirements/implementation documents.

• Clear and proper communication of technical activities to developers.

• Daily use of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.

• Daily use of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with technical implementation as well as data analysis.

• Daily use of tools for user experience intelligence (Contentsquare, Hotjar, Clarity, Lucky Orange…).

• Daily use of tools for experimentation and personalization (VWO, AB Tasty, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Convert…)

• Understanding and ability to explain basic concepts of inferential and Bayesian statistics.

• Hands-on experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS.

Requirements

• A clear inclination for continuous learning.

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.

• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.

• Fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written.

• Great attention to detail.

• Creative problem-solving and thinking outside the box.

• Effective time management with the ability to balance competing priorities.

• Strong presentation abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

• Strong organizational abilities.

Considered as a plus

• Experience with niche digital analytics tools (Piwik Pro, Piano Analytics...)

• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI…)

• Experience with Data Analysis in Python or R.

• Experience with a Consent Management Platform and/or with common technical privacy issues.

• Daily use of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
