Job Description

Vacante: Digital Advertising & SEO Specialist
📍 Ubicación: Remoto
🕒 Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:30 AM a 5:30 PM (Hora EST)
Tipo de contratación: Tiempo completo / Indefinido

Responsabilidades:
• Paid Advertising (50%): Planificar, lanzar y optimizar campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads, CTV y Bing Ads.
• Realizar investigación de keywords, copywriting de anuncios y pruebas A/B.
• SEO & Organic Growth (50%): Desarrollar el roadmap de SEO, realizar auditorías técnicas (salud del sitio, indexación) e implementar optimizaciones on-page (meta tags, schema, contenido).
• Gestión de Presupuesto: Administrar presupuestos mensuales entre plataformas y recomendar reasignaciones basadas en el rendimiento (CPR, ROAS, CTR).
• Estrategia y Análisis: Presentar análisis de rendimiento mensual a la dirección, traduciendo datos complejos en insights accionables para perfiles no técnicos.
• Gestión de Proveedores: Coordinar y supervisar el trabajo de agencias externas de SEO y Google Ads, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de rendimiento.
• Innovación: Implementar herramientas de IA para la generación de copy, segmentación y automatización de tareas repetitivas.
