Netmining is looking for a highly motivated, well-networked digital ad sales professional to join a growing sales team. The perfect person will have demonstrated the ability to exceed goals quarter over quarter, enjoys entertaining and nurturing relationships with digital media agencies and marketers and has a penchant for selling strategically. Netmining audience targeting has renewal rates north of 90% and the technology and product road map to support a national sales team.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of digital ad sales experience (selling to agencies and direct clients)
• Demonstrated success in consistently beating sales goals and quotas 
• A strong “rolodex”, a love for cold calling and attending industry events and the ability to build mutually-beneficial, long-term relationships built on trust and providing value. 
• An ability to understand marketers’ pain-points and craft solutions that meet their marketing goals
• A great presence and ability to put together and present solutions that sell
• Ambition to build a business and the motivation to be more successful than you are now. The passion to work hard and stay ahead of the curve.
