Quem Procuramos:

Procuramos um/a Digital Account Manager com 2 a 5 anos de experiência em agência de publicidade ou marketing digital, para integrar a nossa equipa de Contas. Esta função atuará como o elo estratégico entre os nossos clientes e as equipas internas, garantindo uma comunicação eficaz, a gestão de projetos digitais e a excelência das entregas.

As tuas Responsabilidades Incluirão:

• Gestão de Relacionamento com Clientes: Ser o ponto de contacto principal para um portfólio de clientes, com especial atenção a um cliente de grande volume na área de serviços, construindo e mantendo relações de confiança e parcerias sólidas.

• Compreensão e Materialização de Briefings: Interpretar os briefings dos clientes e materializar a sua execução com as equipas internas, assegurando a transformação das ideias em entregáveis digitais.

• Gestão de Projetos Digitais: Coordenar e acompanhar todas as fases de projetos e campanhas digitais, desde o planeamento à execução, com as equipas internas. Isto inclui a gestão de planos de meios, páginas de site, newsletters, retail motions e outras iniciativas digitais.

• Gestão de Equipas Internas: Coordenar e gerir equipas multidisciplinares internas (criativos, media, tecnologia, etc.) para garantir a entrega de projetos digitais de alta qualidade, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos e objetivos.

• Controlo de Qualidade: Assegurar o controlo de qualidade dos materiais digitais a serem enviados aos clientes, garantindo a excelência das entregas.

• Inteligência Artificial: Trabalhar diariamente com a VML Open™, a Plataforma de AI da VML, explorando modelos avançados de LLM e agentes especializados que potenciam a criatividade, aceleram a execução e elevam a qualidade do trabalho. O Que Procuramos em Ti?

• Mínimo de 2 a 5 anos de experiência profissional como Account Manager em agência de publicidade ou marketing digital, com foco em gestão de projetos digitais (gestão de campanhas de Retail ou ATL será uma mais-valia).

• Experiência prévia na gestão de contas de clientes de grande volume, preferencialmente na área de serviços, será uma mais-valia.

• Licenciatura em Marketing, Publicidade, Comunicação, Gestão ou área relevante.

• Forte foco na satisfação do cliente e no desenvolvimento de parcerias sólidas e de confiança.

• Elevada capacidade de organização e de gestão de prioridades em ambientes dinâmicos.

• Atitude proativa, capacidade de iniciativa e de resolução de problemas de forma autónoma.

• Capacidade para trabalhar eficazmente em equipa e colaborar com diferentes departamentos, estabelecendo boa relação com vários interlocutores (internos e externos).


Fluência em Português (obrigatório).


Fluência em Inglês (recomendável).


Domínio de ferramentas Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).


Conhecimentos e experiência no uso de ferramentas de gestão e planeamento de projetos (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello).
