We are seeking a skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their digital marketing strategies are executed seamlessly. Your focus will be on managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and optimizing their marketing assets to achieve outstanding results, while ensuring high-quality delivery across all fronts.

Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you must:

• Have prior experience in account management or a similar role within a digital marketing agency
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of project requirements
• Be proficient in managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
• Support creative production by coordinating assets and providing feedback on design materials (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals
• Develop, monitor, and optimize content calendars and social media activities
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO and PPC
• Provide clients with data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, budgets, and forecasts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide thought leadership to clients
• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Be adept at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Be able to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a passion for the digital landscape and continuous learning

Desirable Skills

It should be taken into consideration if you:

• Have experience with account & project management tools and software
• Have a background in content design & creatives
• Possess certifications in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., META Business, Google Ads, TikTik, Programmatic Platforms)
• Have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Exhibit an understanding of digital marketing strategies
