MISSION
Lead the end-to-end digital ecosystem strategy and execution, ensuring a 360° brand vision across content, community, website, app, influencers, digital media, and marketing automation. This role will serve as the main strategic point of contact for the client, connecting cross-functional internal teams, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring that all efforts are aligned with business goals and deliver a consistent, effective, and customer-centered brand experience.
JOB FUNCTIONS
• Define and lead the 360° digital strategy for the account, including social media, web, app, paid media, influencers, and Marketing Cloud
• Act as the product owner of the digital ecosystem, prioritizing initiatives, connecting workstreams, and ensuring consistency across all channels
• Serve as the main point of contact and direct relationship with the client at a marketing and business leadership level
• Lead strategic briefings with the client and across internal teams: social, tech, paid media, and influencers
• Identify growth opportunities across the ecosystem, including new app features, influencer activations, emerging social formats, and Marketing Cloud automations
• Validate the strategic alignment of all deliverables before client presentations
• Oversee the performance of the entire ecosystem, from social metrics to app KPIs, web conversion, and paid media ROI
