We’re looking for a Dietary Aide Supervisor to join our compassionate and dedicated dietary team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on daily operations, ensuring smooth meal service and high-quality care for our patients. You'll set the tone for excellence — not only in how we serve food, but in how we show care and respect through every meal.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the Team: Assign and oversee daily tasks for dietary aides, helping the team stay organized, supported, and successful.
• Ensure Meal Quality: Prepare and maintain food service lines with a focus on accuracy, freshness, and presentation.
• Support Patient Care: Assemble trays according to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring compliance with diet orders.
• Manage Patient Data: Maintain and update a patient dietary database, including special diets, food allergies, and personal preferences — accuracy is key.
• Keep It Safe & Sanitary: Uphold all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention protocols — because clean service is quality service.
• Be the Go-To Resource: Serve as the point person for questions, problem-solving, and training new team members.
• Fill in other open positions as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in food service — lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions, allergies, and special diets (we’ll train you too!)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfort with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office, digital documentation)
• ServSafe Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Dependable, organized, and ready to lead by example

Hourly wage range: $18-$23
