Pay: $27.25 – $28.75/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

As a Die Cutter Pressman Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality production and smooth workflow across departments.

Lead the setup and operation of die cutting presses

Review factory tickets and ensure job specifications are followed precisely

Inspect sheet alignment, cuts, and creases for accuracy and quality

Install dies and run test sheets prior to production

Perform ongoing quality checks throughout production runs

Troubleshoot issues and communicate with supervisors when discrepancies arise

Collaborate with the Printing Department to ensure layouts align with die specifications

Approve jobs prior to print production when needed

Complete all production paperwork accurately and on time

Mentor and guide feeder operators, assigning tasks and supporting development

Communicate with pre-make-ready teams to prevent setup issues

Maintain strong teamwork across departments to keep production running smoothly

Operate Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV) safely as needed

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Die Cutter Pressman Lead

Strong knowledge of die cutting processes and equipment

Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions

Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)

Strong attention to detail and quality

Effective communication and leadership skills

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
