What You’ll Do
You’ll be an important part of the dialysis care team, helping prepare equipment, support patients, and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment. In this role, you’ll assist with dialysis treatments, take vital signs, monitor patients throughout their care, and help maintain dialysis machines and supplies following established protocols. You’ll work closely with the care team to communicate any changes in patient condition, document care accurately, and support a positive experience for every patient.
If you enjoy meaningful work, teamwork, and making a difference in patients’ lives, this role is for you.
• What You’ll Need
A high school diploma or GED and CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it shortly after hire). You’ll complete Munson’s dialysis training program, maintain required competencies and continuing education, and feel comfortable in an active role that includes lifting up to 50 pounds, moving equipment, and responding to machine alerts to support safe patient care.

• Nice to Have
Previous experience providing patient care in a healthcare setting is helpful but not required. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn, Munson will support your growth and success.
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
