The Level 2 Agent must have strong Aftersales automotive and technical diagnosis experience.

Technical skills :

• Practical and theoretical knowledge of automotive technology, knowledge of diagbox/Witech (Diagnostic Tool) usage, knowledge of wiring diagrams.
• Must have at least one specific knowledge on (to be able to integrate s specific team of Level 2) : Chassis and Body and telematic, multiplexage, Over Air update
• Low emission vehicle (LEV, PHEV…)
• Gasoline/Diesel Engine and Gearbox
• Ability to summarize, author and communicate verbally.

Behavioural Skills :

• Sensitive to customer service and costs.
• Organizational ability and ability to coordinate a cross-disciplinary team.
• An educator, good verbal and written communication, open-minded, good interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and a self-starter to manage his/her time and priorities.
