The Democratic Governors Association (DGA) is searching for qualified Research Director candidates for our Democratic gubernatorial campaigns across the country. If you are interested in being a Research Director on a gubernatorial race in 2025 or 2026 please submit your resume here. The DGA works very closely with the campaigns of Democratic candidates for Governor and intends to share qualified resumes with these campaigns as the campaigns’ positions become available.
Research Director Positions:
• Qualified candidates can demonstrate the ability to write research books, hit docs, and back up paid media on the tight deadlines required by a competitive election cycle.
• Experience managing staff and working with consultants a plus.
• Two or more cycles of research experience preferred.
• Preferred qualifications, responsibilities, and duties vary by campaign.
The DGA is looking for candidates willing to move to be on the ground on a gubernatorial race in 2025 or 2026.
