Work Location: Remote with regular meetings at Ft. Belvoir, VA
Clearance Requirements: Active Secret Clerance
Facilitates the development of new software solutions and transition of existing solutions from monolithic structures to micro-service structure operating within hardened containers. Works with application development teams to refactor or create solutions that leverage the DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline and tools. Deploys and sustains a microservices factory utilizing COTS and open-source solutions.
POSITION DUTIES
Facilitate development of new software solutions using DevSecOps best practices.
Support modernization efforts to transition monolithic systems into microservice-based architectures.
Build and maintain hardened container environments for secure deployment.
Work with application development teams to refactor or create CI/CD pipeline-compatible solutions.
Provide instruction and guidance to development teams throughout implementation.
Deploy and sustain a microservices factory using COTS and open-source solutions.
Support automated testing, deployment, and continuous integration activities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must hold Active Secret Clerance
5 years of relevant experience
