About Raiku

Raiku is reengineering blockchain infrastructure from first principles to make global digital markets as precise and dependable as physical systems. Built on Solana, our platform delivers deterministic execution, guaranteed inclusion, and low-latency performance—solving the foundational failures that cause transactions to miss, trades to revert, and systems to collapse under pressure. By placing high-performance compute close to where transactions happen and coordinating execution through our advanced scheduling engine, Raiku empowers developers to build scalable, high-performance applications—and gives institutions the reliability and control they demand. We believe financial infrastructure should behave like physics: fast, reliable, and predictable—every time, without exception.

As our first Developer Relations Lead, you will be the bridge between our core protocol team and the global developer ecosystem. You will not only communicate our long-term vision but also empower developers to build on our platform, ensuring they have a world-class experience.

You will be instrumental in de-risking our execution and unblocking our innovation engine by fostering a thriving community of builders and providing a clear feedback loop to our engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Evangelize the Vision: Act as our primary technical evangelist, communicating our protocol's "why" and "what" to the developer community through engaging content and presentations.

• Create a World-Class Developer Experience: Develop and maintain technical content, including documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and code examples that make it easy for new and existing developers to build on our protocol.

• Build the Community: Foster and nurture a vibrant developer community through online forums (e.g., Discord, Twitter), in-person meetups, workshops, and hackathons.

• Be the Voice of the Developer: Gather feedback from the ecosystem and advocate for their needs, translating pain points and feature requests into actionable insights for our engineering and product teams.

• Speak with Authority: Represent our company at conferences and industry events, delivering technical talks and demonstrations that highlight the power and potential of our protocol.

Who You Are

You have a rare blend of technical depth and exceptional communication skills. You are a natural educator and a builder at heart who understands that our success is directly tied to the success of our developer ecosystem.

• Technical Credibility: You have a strong background in software engineering, ideally with a deep, systems-level understanding of distributed systems and a proven ability to write production-grade code. Experience with languages like Rust is a significant plus.

• An Exceptional Communicator: You are a compelling writer and an engaging public speaker who can simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience, from crypto-natives to web2 developers.

• A Servant Leader: You are passionate about helping others succeed and are a natural at providing guidance and support. You are comfortable mentoring and answering technical questions in a public forum.

• A Strategic Thinker: You are proactive and can operate autonomously to define and execute a Dev Rel strategy that aligns with the company’s broader goals.
