•  Lead IAM projects as Scrum Master, especially around SailPoint IdentityIQ
•  Ensure consistent and high-quality project reporting (monthly project cards)
•  Promote test coverage and quality assurance practices within the team
• Act as the local point of coordination for an offshore team, ensuring smooth collaboration, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and management, facilitating clear communication and alignment
•  Management of others' IT IAM security projects

 

•  
• Master’s degree in Business, IT or related field
• Strong understanding of Identity Management Practices, HR processes, governance and privilege access management
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience managing projects for IAM
• Knowledge of one or more Identity Management Products (SailPoint IdentityIQ, One Identity) – is a plus
• Experience in a project for database encryption deployment is a plus
• Understanding of Windows and Linux Security – is a plus
• Experience in PAM deployment, like Cyberark- is a plus
