Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' proficiency in DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and refine interview questions that align with the company's DevOps role requirements and standards.
• Provide in-depth feedback and analysis of candidate skills to hiring managers to assist in making informed hiring decisions.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in DevOps technologies and practices to ensure relevant and up-to-date interviewing techniques.

Requirements:
• Strong technical background with extensive experience in DevOps environments, including automation, CI/CD, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Previous experience in technical interviewing, coaching, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions clearly.
• Professional demeanor and ability to provide constructive, unbiased feedback.
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
