We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and enhance high-performance, technology-driven trading systems. This role involves close collaboration with traders, quantitative researchers, and developers to build, deploy, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure used in live trading environments. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, time-sensitive systems.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for production trading systems and infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Order Management Systems (OMS) and Market Data distribution platforms.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability; report and act on anomalies proactively.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for users of trading and execution systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with effective root cause analysis.
• Own incident management processes, including escalation, resolution, and post-incident reviews.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of support systems to enhance reliability, automation, and self-healing capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and system requirements.
• Ensure seamless handovers while working in a Follow-the-Sun support model.
• Adapt to non-standard working hours based on market schedules and project demands.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, or Trading Support roles (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple incidents and tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in 24x7 or Follow-the-Sun operational support models.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience writing database queries.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

• Exposure to financial markets including equities, bonds, derivatives, currencies, commodities, and FX.
• Strong understanding of the trading lifecycle.
• Knowledge of futures and options trading.
