About the Role

This is a remote opportunity within our engineering team. The DevOps and QA Engineer will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure while ensuring the quality and stability of our software platforms. The role includes designing and maintaining automated pipelines, enhancing system reliability, and leading the development of robust testing strategies across all components of the company’s technological ecosystem.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure to support product performance and reliability.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment cycles.

• Deploy and manage containerized applications in cloud environments using industry-standard practices.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistent, repeatable, and auditable deployments.

• Configure monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to maintain uptime, performance, and visibility.

• Collaborate with backend and full-stack developers to streamline deployment workflows and system efficiency.

• Define and maintain automated testing frameworks integrated within CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.

• Support the QA team by ensuring test environments, automation tools, and release processes operate smoothly.

• Identify, document, and resolve infrastructure or deployment issues in collaboration with the engineering team.

• Promote best practices for reliability, automation, and quality across the engineering lifecycle.

Qualification

Minimum of three years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or QA Automation, with a proven track record of managing production-grade systems and automated testing environments.

Skills

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and system scalability.

• Ability to design and maintain scalable and secure environments across multiple platforms.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation for deployment and system management.

• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and managing containerized applications.

• Knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with clear written and spoken English for effective cross-functional collaboration.
