Job Description

• Lead the deployment and orchestration of applications on client infrastructure, specializing in On-Premise and Air-Gapped environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Regularly visit client premises to lead deployment workshops, perform installations, and resolve critical site-specific technical issues.

• Design and develop complex integration flows to connect Synapse products with external legacy systems, proprietary databases, and third-party enterprise software.

• Consult clients on ideal infrastructure requirements, network security configurations, and data integration strategies.

• Troubleshoot complex networking issues (Firewalls, VPNs, Proxies, Load Balancers) within restricted client environments.

• Collaborate closely with data scientists to ensure models are packaged and exposed correctly via robust APIs.

• Implement strong security protocols (SSL/TLS, Encryption, Authentication) to meet strict client compliance standards.

• Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior integration engineers regarding deployment best practices.

• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical production environments and promptly resolve urgent client-facing integration and deployment issues.
