DevOps Engineer/Support Engineer (Cell Therapy)

Project Description

The team is developing a next-generation web application to support a proprietary platform for cell therapy manufacturing. This position involves providing production support and troubleshooting across critical infrastructure components. This position involves providing hands-on production support, including flexible schedule and shifts to ensure critical uptime and system stability.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents promptly to ensure system uptime and optimal performance;

• Manage and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment;

• Analyze logs in ElasticSearch to diagnose and resolve application and infrastructure issues;

• Monitor and manage Docker containers, analyze Docker stats, and ensure optimal container health and performance;

• Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including backups, performance tuning, and query troubleshooting;

• Maintain API documentation using Swagger and ensure seamless API integrations;

• Work closely with development and operations teams to resolve issues and deploy software updates;

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing production environments;

• Proven expertise with ElasticSearch, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, Swagger, .NET, and Docker;

• Strong understanding of system performance optimization and container troubleshooting;

• Experience working in Azure environments, including managing cloud resources and services;

• Good scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible) - desirable;

• Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools - desirable;

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure;

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed team;

• English: B2 or higher (spoken and written);
