Key Contributions

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth integration and reliable deployments.
• Maintain stable, secure, and scalable application environments.
• Oversee infrastructure provisioning and configuration across dev, staging, and production.
• Operate and monitor containerized applications for availability and performance.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code to standardize environments and reduce manual work.
• Automate testing, security checks, monitoring, and logging to improve system reliability.
• Review and approve system changes and deployment requests for compliance.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support architecture design, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Maintain documentation for deployments, incidents, and system architecture.
• Advise teams on DevOps best practices, security, and cost-efficient infrastructure usage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve platform stability.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Development or related fields.

Must have:

• At least 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with strong exposure to CI/CD, cloud services, automation, and infrastructure management.
• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications.
• Solid experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong hands-on experience of Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud security best practices.
• Familiar with monitoring & logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
• Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• High competence in problem-solving, systems thinking, and cross-team collaboration.
