DevOps Engineer - Mid-Level 2 Remote

As a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to larger, more complex infrastructure and automation initiatives while working closely with senior engineers. Reporting to the VP of DevOps, you will independently handle complex technical tasks and contribute to cross-team projects that impact multiple systems.

You Will: :
• Contribute to the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for enterprise-scale projects
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for multiple teams and complex workflows
• Contribute to DevOps culture by implementing best practices and sharing knowledge across teams
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using Grafana and related tools
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure optimization initiatives across multiple environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Implement security scanning, compliance checks, and vulnerability management within CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy and manage complex containerized application deployments using Docker & Kubernetes at scale
• Implement advanced deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary, Hot/Cold) for production applications
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architectural decisions and technical design reviews
• Participate in incident response efforts and contribute to post-mortem analysis for platform issues

You Have: :
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or software development
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Advanced expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles, including module development and state management
• Proven experience designing complex CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
• Strong proficiency in multiple scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, multi-cloud experience valued)
• Production experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management and troubleshooting
• Experience with Docker.
• Demonstrated ability to implement advanced deployment strategies and rollback mechanisms
• Experience with infrastructure security, compliance frameworks, and DevSecOps practices
• Strong architectural thinking and ability to design solutions for scale
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence technical decisions
• Proven track record of contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives
