Job Description

Buscamos un/a DevOps Engineer con experiencia real en GitOps y Kubernetes , capaz de diseñar y operar CI/CD con GitHub , infraestructura IaC con Terraform , despliegues con Helm y ArgoCD , en AWS y/o Google Cloud . Te unirás a un equipo que automatiza desde el repo hasta producción con foco en calidad, seguridad y observabilidad.

Responsabilidades

Diseñar, mantener y mejorar pipelines CI/CD en GitHub Actions (build, test, scan, release).

Modelar y versionar infraestructura con Terraform (módulos reutilizables, workspaces, tfvars).

Operar Kubernetes (EKS/GKE): namespaces, RBAC, ingress, autoscaling, Helm charts .

Implementar GitOps con ArgoCD (apps, sync policies, health checks, rollbacks).

Observabilidad: logs/métricas/trazas (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK, OpenTelemetry).

DevSecOps : escaneo de imágenes y dependencias, policies (OPA/Conftest), secretos.

FinOps básico : vigilar costes cloud (etiquetado, rightsizing) y buenas prácticas.

Soporte a equipos de desarrollo y mejora continua (SRE/SLIs/SLOs, runbooks y postmortems).

Requisitos imprescindibles

3+ años en roles DevOps/SRE.

Experiencia práctica con AWS y/o Google Cloud (al menos uno en producción).

Kubernetes en producción y empaquetado con Helm .

ArgoCD (o Flux) para GitOps.

Terraform (módulos, providers, state remotos).

GitHub (Actions, repos, code reviews) como eje del flujo.

Linux, redes básicas (VPC/VNet, subnets, security groups), Bash/Python para automatización.

Inglés profesional (documentación, reuniones técnicas).

Valorable (no excluyente)

EKS/GKE, IAM, VPC, Cloud NAT, Cloud SQL/RDS, Cloud Build/Artifact Registry/ECR.

Helmfile/Kustomize, Argo Rollouts, Argo Workflows.

Vault , SonarQube , Trivy/Grype , OWASP ZAP , SBOM .

OPA/Conftest , Terratest , pre-commit, convenciones de branching.

Prometheus/Grafana , Loki/ELK , Jaeger , OpenTelemetry .

Experiencia con Kafka/Flink , Nginx/Traefik/HAProxy, PostgreSQL y Redis .

Certificaciones (CKA/CKAD, AWS/GCP) o en proceso o con motivación de obtenerlas.
