Position Overview
We are seeking a senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline engineering, deployment automation, and real-time system monitoring for enterprise-scale applications. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, repeatable deployments, high system availability, and continuous operational visibility across cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery.
Automate application deployments and infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Implement and manage deployment automation across multiple environments (development, test, staging, production).
Monitor system performance, uptime, and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to integrate DevOps practices across the SDLC.
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure real-time operational insight.
Ensure deployment pipelines follow security, compliance, and operational best practices.
Continuously improve pipeline efficiency, reliability, and observability.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of professional DevOps or platform engineering experience
Certifications: Current Microsoft / Azure certifications (latest versions required)
Proven experience supporting enterprise-grade, highly available systems
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native delivery models
Technologies & Tools
CI/CD Platforms: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
Infrastructure & Containers: Terraform, Docker
Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure
Version Control: Git
Practices: Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated deployments, continuous monitoring
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale public-sector or regulated environments
Familiarity with high-availability and mission-critical systems
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced delivery environments
