MUST HAVE:

• 3-5 years design and implementation of Continuous Delivery and/or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns.
• Hands on Technical experience with:• AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Mesosphere middleware

• 3-5years managing an IT Operations environment
• 3-5 years’ hands-on experience with code repository management, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration, and automated deployment & management using tools like Jenkins, SVN, Get, Chef, Ensile, Art Factory, Service Now, Sonar, Selenium
• 5+ years of experience with approaches and tooling for automated build, delivery, and release of software
• 5+ years’ experience with managing teams including progress monitoring and reporting
• 5+ year of experience working in an Agile delivery environment
• 5+ year of experience with Linux (writing shell scripts)
• 3+ years' experience in automation scripting using one or more of the following languages:• Java
• Perl
• Ruby
• Python

• Expert troubleshooting skills

NICE TO HAVE:

• 5 years of DevOps leadership and transformation experience
• Familiarity of Application or Environment Monitoring tools (ex: Dynatrace)
• Candidate should have experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, working in a fast paced, high-velocity agile environment
• The use of Public/Private Cloud and Virtualization Technologies
• Working experience of at least one of digital middleware technology stacks (Mesosphere, Apigee, Cassandra, Kafka, Solr)
• Working experience of Microservices and Mobile application development
• Familiarity of implementation of Identity Access Management (IAM) tools and Captive Portal
• Working experience of latest Digital technology innovations and transformation
• Familiarity of Master and client architecture implementations (Jenkins, Puppet)
• Familiarity of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Content Management (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Experience with project or program management [Optional]
• Ability to work with multiple teams, recommend architecture industry best practices and Architecture Governance
• Defining and managing the roadmap for implementation of DevOps in an established operation.
• Working within a structured environment, including the use of structured methods and approaches and modern development tools.
• Experience of technical architecture – i.e. the design and delivery of IT systems for a broad range of clients
• Service support – the use of DevOps, Continuous Delivery and ITIL concepts to lead an effective support operation
• In-depth knowledge of technology trends and standards, both from a business and technical viewpoints.
• Certifications in AWS or Azure highly preferred
