• strong knowledge in the following areas and tools and can show how these tools can be combined to deliver DevOps tool chains:
• Application release & Infrastructure automation tools: Chef / Puppet / Rundeck / Scripting
• Continuous Integration & Deployment Tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Hudson etc
• Code management tools such as Git, Subversion etc
• Continuous Automated Testing tools like Selenium, JUNIT etc.
• Agile Planning and Bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla etc.
• Continuous monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix etc.
• Log aggregation tools like Splunk, ELK etc.
• Linux and Windows system administration skills
• working knowledge and experience in the following development languages and frameworks: Java - Ideally WebSphere / WebLogic / JBoss / Tomcat Ruby/Python HTML/CSS/Javascript .NET / JSON/XML/YAML
• knowledge of service oriented architecture (building and consuming) – REST services
• Expertise with Agile Development
• Familiarity with integrated build systems and testing frameworks
• Knowledge and experience in software performance and scalability test automation.
• Experience with distributed systems and database structures.
