We are seeking a reliable and student-friendly individual to support the intake, distribution, and documentation of Chromebooks and related technology assets at the high school level. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with youth, is organized, and can follow simple processes in a fast-paced but supportive school environment.
This Role is onsite daily: Monday-Friday 6 hours per day, 10-month contract (school year)
Role Responsibilities:
Document and track the intake and distribution of Chromebooks and related equipment
Assist with issuing and collecting devices from students
Accurately record serial numbers, assignments, and returns
Support basic inventory organization and labeling
Communicate clearly and positively with students and staff
Follow established procedures for device handling and documentation
Report missing, damaged, or malfunctioning devices to the appropriate staff
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Strong attention to detail and basic data entry skills
Ability to follow simple processes and instructions consistently
Dependable, punctual, and organized
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, or inventory systems)
No advanced technical experience required
