Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 3000000 - Rs 4000000 (ie INR 30 - 40 LPA)

Min Experience: 8 years

Location: Bangalore

JobType: full-time

Requirements:
• Design the agent platform architecture covering orchestration, tool registry, memory management, guardrails, and observability
• Develop and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered systems collaboratively with the team
• Evaluate and decide between building or buying frameworks, models, and infrastructure
• Ensure technical excellence through code reviews, architectural choices, and establishing evaluation criteria

• Collaborate with PMs and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and establish feasible technical expectations
Maintain optimized cloud and API costs while scaling solutions
