LEAP Estates is the Private Client specialist division of LEAP. We operate as our own independent business unit, as well as providing support to the wider LEAP business. Requirements:
Our Stack

Backend: PHP (Laravel)
Frontend: JavaScript (Vue.js, React.js)
Design: Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
DevOps: AWS, DigitalOcean, Forge

What you'll do

• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
• Review code and collaborate with other developers.
• Design and implement scalable software solutions.
• Manage your workload and assist with urgent support when needed.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
• Communicate blockers clearly and proactively.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in web development and server management.
• Experience mentoring or supporting developers of different skill levels.
• Strong testing practices to ensure reliability and security.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
• Experience with AWS and/or DigitalOcean.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL and database design.
• Experience with Git and CI workflows.
• C# experience is a bonus.
