The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.

We are seeking experienced and driven Microsoft 365 Developers to join our agile development team. As part of our digital transformation initiatives, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Microsoft 365-based business applications and workflows using cutting-edge technologies such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to scalable enterprise solutions and shape cloud-based architecture in a collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based application architectures based on Microsoft 365. 
• Build and optimize Dev-Test-Int-Prod deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps. 
• Develop enterprise applications using PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps). 
• Create user-centric interfaces and layouts for Canvas Apps in line with UX best practices. 
• Design and develop Power Automate workflows to serve as business logic layers and enable cross-app integrations. 
• Model and manage data using the Common Data Service (Dataverse), ensuring efficient data structure and governance. 
• Apply best practices in relational data modeling, data representation, and management. 

• 3-5+  years of professional experience in Microsoft 365 Cloud Architecture and application development. 
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD processes. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative approach. 

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Integration of Office 365 components, particularly SharePoint Online and PowerApps. 
• GUI customization and extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365. 
• Setup and configuration of Power Portals.

Working Style & Methodology:

• Strong understanding and application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). 
• Team-oriented mindset with proven experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. 
• Commitment to continuous learning and adopting new technologies and frameworks.
