Why we are looking for support:
As a Developer within our Operational Excellence and Managed Services team, you will work across multiple clients in parallel, balancing different priorities, industries, and technical setups. No two working days will look the same. You will be responsible for the health and evolution of our clients' Salesforce instances, moving beyond simple ticket resolution to own the broader technical picture. You will drive quality, mentor junior analysts, and ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and well-integrated with the broader IT landscape.

Your tasks:
Technical Solution & Design Engineering • Take ownership of existing Salesforce implementations in live production environments
• Analyse, understand, and improve existing codebases rather than building solutions from scratch
• Design and implement robust, scalable solutions aligned with business and architectural requirements
• Ensure solutions integrate effectively within complex IT and EPR landscapes

Operational Stability & Troubleshooting • Identify root causes of issues in complex Salesforce Systems
• Debug, refactor, and stabilize existing implementations
• Implement sustainable fixes with a long-term operational mindset
• Take responsibility for the overall health and reliability of client systems

Quality Assurance & Best Practices • Ensure high code quality through reviews, technical standards, and best practices
• Translate technical challenges into clear, business-oriented recommendations
• Support or lead technical workshops and system health checks
• Collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders

Client Consultancy & Advisory • Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients
• Translate technical challenges into clear, business-oriented recommendations
• Support or lead technical workshops and system health checks
• Collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders

DevOps & Release Management • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Coordinate releases across teams and stakeholders
• Ensure stable, secure, and low-risk deployments in production environments

Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and sharing & visibility settings
• Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, ideally involving middleware solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and complex Salesforce data models
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and professional release management workflows
• Strong knowledge of Git-based version control and development best practices
• Proven ability to work in client-facing environments and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes
• Proven experience designing sustainable, long-term implementations
• Confident troubleshooting issues in live Salesforce orgs and complex configurations
• Excellent communication and English skills, both written and spoken

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
• Familiarity with complex data models and enterprise Salesforce architectures
• Knowledge of CG Offline App
• Experience in consulting, managed services, or long-term client ownership models
• Prior experience acting as a QA lead or quality gatekeeper
• Exposure to ERP integrations
