Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI chatbot platform
• Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Support deployment and maintenance of Python microservices and OpenAI-based components
• Implement and manage containerization workflows using Docker and Kubernetes
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of the chatbot ecosystem
• Implement automated testing stages within CI/CD pipelines (unit, functional, regression, smoke tests)
• Establish quality gates to prevent unstable releases
• Participate in root cause analysis, production incident reviews, and reliability improvements
• Contribute to documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and test automation
