Unser Kunde, ein multinationales BPO Unternehmen, sucht aktuell eine/n deutschsprachige/n Social Media Content Moderator/in, um unser Team in Griechenland zu verstärken. Sie kümmern sich darum, dass alle nutzergenerierten Inhalte den Community-Richtlinien und -Standards entsprechen und tragen aktiv zu einer positven und sicheren Nutzererfarhung bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Prüfung und Genehmigung oder Ablehnung von Inhaltsbeiträgen (Kommentare, Videos, Bilder oder Posts)
• Überwachung der Nutzerinteraktionen und Ergreifung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Verstößen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Teammitgliedern, um eine einheitliche Moderationsrichtlinie zu gewährleisten.
• Effektives Verstehen und Durchsetzen der Kunden-Richtlinien

Requirements:
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (B2-C2)

• Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse (B2)
• Bekannt mit MS Office Suite
• Aufmerksamkeit für Details
• Emotionale Belastbarkeit
• Kritisches Denken
• Fähigkeit zum Multitasking, korrektem priorisieren und effektivem Zeitmanagement
