Detailer - Start ASAP - $18-$22

We specialize in repairing vehicles after collisions. We are a busy and dynamic shop located in Port Orchard, WA looking for a Detailer to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

What is in the job?

Details and cleans vehicles for customer delivery

Vacuum and clean the interior of each vehicle, including all windows

Visually inspect every vehicle for flaws in the repaired area(s) and report any issues to the supervisor

Perform extra work on the vehicle that will enhance the final product. (Polish a scuff, brush, touch a chip, etc)

Helps with general maintenance of the facility, e.g., cleanliness, organization, etc.

May help buff out light scratches; install trim and cosmetic parts, etc.

Ports customer vehicles as needed for technicians and estimators

Perform assigned duties safely and responsibly

Attend daily release meetings

At the end of the work shift sweep, roll up cords and hoses and put all cleaning supplies in their proper spot

At the end of the work shift help move vehicles in and lock up the shops

Performs pre-wash on vehicles

Record mileage on final paperwork

Schedule

M-F 8am-5pm

Weekends and some holidays off

Qualifications

1 year of experience with buffing (preferred).
