Active Directory Knowledge and Experience

Advanced Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft products (specifically Windows 7 Operating Systems)

Advanced Knowledge of a COTS ticketing system (preferably Remedy or Heat)

nowledge of Common Access Card (CAC)

Prior military/DOD experience is helpful

Knowledge of printers (network and stand-alone, multiple vendors)

Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance

CompTIA A+ or Network+ or Security+ certified
