Artech provides technical expertise to fill gaps in clients' immediate skill-sets availability, deliver emerging technology skill-sets, refresh existing skill base, allow for flexibility in project planning and execution phases, and provide budgeting/financial flexibility by offering contingent labor as a variable cost.

Position: Desktop Support Specialist
Location: PHILADELPHIA, PA

Duration: 12 + months (possible extension)

Skills Overview:

· Deskside skills, win 7, office 2014, 365…Encryption, break fix, IMAC installation, large Ticketing systems, service now, (network , routers basics)…IP telephone, conf phone for user….AD, cisco

· Win7/Win XP OS support

· Skills Overview (list or overview) Deskside Support Tech.

· Must be experienced in DESKSIDE support, Remote / CTS Support, SCCM, Windows
