Job Description

Job Title: Desktop Support Representative Onsite Support
Location: Pasedena,CA
Duration: 1+ years (Possible Extension)

• Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS and Office product problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove PCs and HVDs.

• Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients. Should have experience in customer-facing, Windows-based, corporate technical support environment and a ticketing system.
Extensive 7 year background check and drug test is required.
