• Should have significant experience in customer-facing, Windows-based, corporate technical support environment, including experience supporting Office, Outlook, and working with ticketing systems

• . Need experience with iOS, Android, iPad, Tablet, including Mobile Iron, SCCM and Apple Mac systems. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients.

• Excellent soft skills are a must. Previous retail experience (i.e., Apple Store, Geek Squad) would be a plus. Candidates should have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
