Job Description:

· Provide floor walk support to assist end users during desktop migration.

· Strong desktop support experience – Windows platform – XP, Windows 7 & 8.1 and Office 2013

· 10 -15 years of EUC desktop support experience - Demonstrated expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting PC systems, Windows 7 & Windows 8.1, MS office 2013 applications, Windows based applications, network configuration, TCP/IP,SQL and memory management

· Strong listening skills, analytical and problem solving skills Assist users with configuring Email in smart phones

· Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users

· Network printer installation/configuration

· Working knowledge of remote access: Remote Desktop and Virtual Private Network
