Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist users in solving all computer-related problems.

Troubleshoot, isolate and diagnose common PC problems.

Assist with PC, network hardware and software upgrades as required.

Knowledge of Ticketing tool any.

Assist in Windows domain management.

Be aware of and keep up to date with the company content security policies and procedures and ensure adherence to the same.

Document helpdesk issues and do a throughout follow-up until they are resolved.

Knowledge:

Visual effects software (Nuke, Silhouette, Photoshop) experience is a plus

Knowledge of the Linux Operating System

Knowledge of Networking concepts.
