Job Description

Provides assistance installing, implementing, maintaining and upgrading internal information systems including network infrastructure, end-user workstations, servers and business system applications.

Responsibilities:
• Software and hardware installation
• Workstation deployment and redeployment
• System Backup and Data recovery operations
• Security policy enforcement and maintenance
• Support and administer third-party applications
• Obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance
• IT asset administration
• Maintaining, Upgrading and Configuring Operating Systems
• Resolve problems reported by end users
• Basic network and server update and administration
• Research and make recommendations on latest trends
• Vendor interface and order placement/tracking

• Windows 10 Operating System
• Windows Server 2012 and 2016
• Windows PowerShell
• Active Directory User, Computer, and Group administration
• DNS and DHCP configuration
• Group Policy Management
• Folder sharing and permissions
• Firewall and VPN administration
• VOIP system administration
• Networking and virtualization concepts
• Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
