Duration: 12 months with possible extension.

Job Description:

· Should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove PCs .

· Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients.

· Candidates should have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
